Bob and Lynn Ferron
Bob has been involved in youth sports for over 30 years. He has been a coach, administrator and run
various youth sports and leagues. Bob and his wife Lynn have 6 children, with the last two girls heavily
involved in flag football, from coaching to playing to refereeing and now helping form the new AZ
Premier Flag Football. Flag football and youth sports is a passion for Bob, and he is excited to start and
grow a new league in Mesa! Bob also serves the community as the Chairman for the Town of Gilbert
Parks and Recreation Board and is presently the President of the Lyons Gate HOA Board. Bob and Lynn
live in Gilbert for the past 13 years when they relocated from Wisconsin. They enjoy camping, travelling
and anything kid related. Bob and Lynn are both very involved in Sharing Down’s Arizona and have an
11-year-old – Brett who has Down Syndrome. Part of their passion is making flag football available for
special needs kids and watch in the future for programs on just that!
Emily Ferron
Emily has been involved in football basically her entire life. She started playing when she was 5 years old and has loved football ever since. When she aged out of playing and still wanted to be involved in football, she has been refereeing and coaching for the last 5 years. Football is truly her passion and she is so excited that she can be involved in this league.
Robert Tomas
Robert developed a love for sports from a young age, especially football. He was a 4-sport letterman in high school and has been coaching his son for the past 6 years. He has volunteered as a coach and administrator in multiple sports, across various leagues, during that time. Robert did not have a consistent fatherly presence in his life. Part of his motivation is helping provide families in similar scenarios with a presence on the field/court. It takes a village to raise a child and youth coaches are part of that village! Robert is married to his high school sweetheart, Coree, who has been cheering him on from the sidelines for the past 16 years. They have 3 children together, all of whom have been coached by their dad and will continue to be within the AZ Premier Flag ranks. He looks forward to seeing growth from our future generations within AZ Premier Flag Football.
Theresa and Kenny "The Donkey" Schenck
Theresa and Kenny have been married for 24 years and have been residents in the East Valley for more than 20 years. They have 3 children, two of which have Special Needs. They have been involved with youth sports for the last 12 years. Their boys have both played flag football, their oldest son has been a player, coach and referee for the sport. Both Kenny and Theresa are small business owners and volunteer in various ways within the community, including volunteer work with flag football. They have a love of family and community and look forward to sharing this passion with other families through a joint love of youth flag football.
